Crown Beachfront Vipingo, a new luxury beach resort on the scenic Vipingo coastline, is opening its doors and building its full team from scratch. The resort is hiring for 20 positions spanning senior management, finance, hospitality, engineering, and support roles.

Management Roles
1. General Manager
Experience: 10 years · Department: Management · Type: Full Time
Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the hotel: business plans, budgets, and operational strategies; revenue, profitability, and occupancy targets; oversight of all departments; guest satisfaction; compliance; and leadership of departmental heads.
You must have:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years' progressive hotel management experience, with at least 5 years at senior management level in a four-star or five-star hotel.
Experience in hotel pre- and post-opening operations.

2. Finance Manager
