Bachelor's Degree in Insurance or another business-related discipline.
Progress towards a Diploma in Insurance (ACII or AIIK) with at least three (3) completed papers or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in health insurance underwriting, policy administration, medical insurance operations, or a related insurance environment will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of insurance operations and underwriting principles.
Knowledge of health insurance products and underwriting processes.
Good understanding of insurance regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
