Minimum Qualifications
A Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Community Development, Business, Entrepreneurship, ICT, Youth Development, or a related field.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver interactive and participatory training sessions.
Good report writing and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Trainer of Trainers (ToT).
Experience delivering life skills, employability, entrepreneurship, psychosocial, or youth empowerment programmes.
Experience working with government, donor-funded, NGO, or development programmes.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child/adult protection principles.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili; knowledge of Somali or other local languages spoken in Wajir County will be an added advantage.
Residence within Wajir County or familiarity with its communities and context.
Applicants must either be currently residing in Wajir County or be willing and able to relocate and work in Wajir County for the duration of the assignment.
