Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields.
ITIL, PMP/Prince2, Agile/Scrum, Data Analytics, AI or any relevant ICT certifications.
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Digital Health, health systems strengthening, ICT4D, or large-scale digital transformation programs.
At least 3–5 years of experience managing Digital Health or ICT implementation programs with government stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience supporting deployment and operational management of large-scale digital platforms serving frontline workers or public service delivery programs.
Experience working with national and county governments, development partners, donors, and implementing organizations.
Understanding of digital health ecosystems and government structures.

Knowledge of product development, software implementation lifecycles, and digital support models.
