Currently enrolled in a recognised teacher education programme (Year 2 or above) / recent graduate, preferably in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education.
Demonstrated passion for working with young children, coupled with patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition.
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to commit to extended working hours associated with bus duty and school activities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a collaborative school environment.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to child safeguarding.
