Bachelor's Degree with relevant professional certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in application support, systems analysis or ERP end-user support.
Exposure to ERP environments, user acceptance testing and helpdesk operations is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
Basic SQL knowledge for querying and reporting is desirable.
