Be a Kenyan citizen.
Have served for a minimum period of three years in supply chain management or in a comparable and relevant position.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Procurement and Supplies Management, Procurement, Commerce with a Supplies Management option, Business Administration with a Supplies Management option or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Be proficient in e-Government Procurement and IFMIS.
Be a member of a relevant professional body and be in good standing.
