Be a Kenyan citizen and possess a valid National Identity Card or Passport.
Have served in the grade of Supply Chain Management Officer II or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for at least 3 years.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Commerce, Business Administration (Supplies Management Option), Economics, Procurement and Supplies Management, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Be a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) and be in good standing.
Hold a valid Licence in Procurement Practice.
Demonstrate merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
