Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, Warehouse Management or a related field.
2–4 years' experience in sourcing, inventory control, warehouse operations, stock management or a related role.
Experience in FMCG, fresh produce, retail, agribusiness or a similar fast-moving operational environment is highly desirable.
Proven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation and relationship management.
Hands-on experience using an ERP system, preferably Odoo, for inventory and stock management.
Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/data reporting.
Knowledge of quality-control and inventory-audit processes.
