Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales Engineering, Technical Sales Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related ICT environment.
Demonstrable experience translating customer requirements into technical solutions.
Experience developing technical proposals, responding to tenders and preparing solution specifications.
Experience conducting customer-facing technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Exposure to working alongside sales teams in a commercially driven environment.
Technical Capabilities
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software and enterprise technology environments.
Ability to evaluate technical requirements and recommend appropriate products, configurations and solutions.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and assess solution compatibility and feasibility.
Language
Fluency in French is mandatory (Francophone market).
