Experience in digital communications, social media communications, or related fields in the not-for-profit sector, an international/intergovernmental organisation, a social movement, or social enterprise.
Demonstrable experience developing and delivering social media content and approaches across multiple platforms, with an understanding of how content should be adapted for different audiences and channels.
Experience creating engaging content, including graphics, video, photography, multimedia assets and written content.
Experience using audience insight, analytics and performance data to inform content planning and improve engagement.
Experience applying brand guidelines and visual communication principles across a range of communications materials and platforms.
Strong social media planning skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, and experience using social media scheduling and monitoring tools.
Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
Strong understanding of branding, accessibility, audience engagement and platform-specific content requirements.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines.
Desirable
Experience working within thematic areas of child marriage, girls' education, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and related fields.
Experience with video production, photography or animation.
Experience designing reports, publications or long-form communications materials.
Proficiency in additional languages, especially French and Spanish.
Experience living and/or working in Asia, Africa, and/or Latin America & the Caribbean.
