Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies – Required.
Preferred Experience
The jobholder will be required to have detailed knowledge of the Bank's products, services and policies required to undertake the role.
Business Banking Products
Detailed knowledge of the core set of Business Banking products.
Complex Products – sufficient knowledge to:
Recognize the changing needs of the customer.
Identify products/services that best satisfy customer needs.
Introduce the product/service.
Co-ordinate the introduction of the relevant Group product specialist.
Deal with customers directly as required.
Personal Banking Products
Good knowledge of products and services available in the Personal Sector to satisfy the individual financial needs of business owners and other key individuals.
Group Policies and Strategy
Broad understanding of policies and strategies across the Group as they relate to the demands of the customer base.
Knowledge and Skills
Good knowledge of Enterprise Banking.
Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
Good knowledge of Team Management.
