Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in content, research, digital marketing, communications, or a related field (education, writing, or online-based community experience considered)
Experience working in a Content Management System (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, or similar platforms
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals including metadata, internal linking, content structure, search intent, and on-page optimization
Familiarity with Semrush and Google Search Console
Familiarity with platforms such as Reddit, YouTube, Quora, Medium/Substack, podcast platforms, or similar communities
Strong ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and synthesize insights from multiple sources (e.g., online discussions, search results, AI-generated content)
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly across different formats and audiences
Experience working with digital platforms or systems (e.g., CMS, LMS, or similar tools), including organizing and publishing content
Familiarity with publishing workflows, page formatting, and basic SEO implementation (metadata, internal linking, page structure)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple marketing and communications teams
Nice to have: Experience working in Adobe Analytics
Travel requirement: Within the first 6 months of employment, all employees will travel to attend the BHG All Oars Experience. Following this event, ongoing travel is minimal—approximately 5% annually—for team on-sites, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
