What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; CPA(K), ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) preferred. MBA/MSc Finance is an added advantage.
Minimum 6 years' experience in accounting/finance, including at least 5 years in project accounting or cost control within oil & gas, renewable energy, EPC, heavy construction, or infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in contract accounting (T&M, lump sum, unit rate) and project financial reporting.
Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, WIP, cost-to-complete, and cashflow management.
Solid understanding of IFRS, Kenyan tax regulations, and project compliance requirements.
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and advanced Excel.
Exposure to subcontractor cost validation, procurement processes, and audit support.
Strong stakeholder management across project, procurement, and operations teams.
