Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Relevant experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
Good understanding of Kenyan labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good conflict resolution and employee support skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to support managers and employees across different departments.
Professional, mature, and people-centered approach.
HR professional certification or membership with a relevant HR body will be an added advantage.
