Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing, with at least 8 years' post-qualification experience preferably within a reputable mid-tier or top-tier law firm.
Strong experience in either Employment & Labour Law or Dispute Resolution, particularly civil and commercial disputes, together with substantial advisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently handle complex legal matters and consistently deliver high-quality technical work.
Excellent advocacy, legal drafting, analytical, research and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proven experience managing significant client relationships and leading, supervising and mentoring legal professionals.
Strong commercial judgement and experience in billing, fee collection, financial management and business development, with high standards of professional integrity and accountability.
