A relevant postgraduate qualification (Masters or PhD) in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Transportation Engineering from a recognised university.
Demonstrated teaching experience at university level in Transportation Engineering or related subjects.
A record of research output, including publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Ability to supervise postgraduate students and guide research projects.
Registration with a relevant professional engineering body is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and academic leadership skills.
