Cumulative service period of six (6) years' relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Administrative Officer I or in a comparable position.
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field such as: Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Environmental Health, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
