Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Security Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPP, PSP, CSMP or an equivalent security qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive security experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role within a multi-site, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, commercial or comparable operational environment.
Demonstrated experience in physical security operations, security contractor management, incident investigation, electronic security systems and emergency planning.
Working knowledge of applicable Kenyan security, safety and emergency-response requirements.
Physical security operations, risk assessment and loss prevention.
CCTV, alarm, access control and security technology management.
Vigilance & Risk Judgement: Strong observation and analytical skills to identify threats, assess risk and make timely operational decisions.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, sound investigation skills and the ability to coordinate across functions.
