Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a security support, advisory, or operations role, preferably within a corporate, manufacturing, or multinational environment
Professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are an added advantage
Knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies
Proficiency in incident reporting, security analysis, emergency planning, and crisis response
Familiarity with Kenyan security laws, regulations, and industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and security management software/tools
High integrity with sound judgment and a strong sense of professionalism
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in security operations
