A degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Law, or a related field from a recognised institution; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Demonstrated senior-level experience in forest regulation, natural resource governance, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Kenya's forestry legislation, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing abilities.
High integrity and ability to handle sensitive enforcement and compliance matters professionally.
