What you will do
Provide strategic leadership for the school's academic and administrative operations.
Lead and champion the effective implementation of the Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment that supports holistic learner development.
Supervise, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff to achieve high professional standards.
Promote excellence in teaching, learning, and overall school performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, the wider community, and education stakeholders.
Support school improvement initiatives and ensure effective implementation of institutional goals and policies.
Uphold the school's values while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
What you bring
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated leadership and school management experience.
Strong understanding of the Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
Familiarity with both national and international curricula will be an added advantage.
