Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience managing corporate clients and sales teams.
Experience selling industrial machinery, engineering equipment, construction equipment, garage solutions, or technical products will be a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
