Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of practical experience working in a Risk Management or Compliance unit.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with Risk Management Systems/Software (GRC tools) and proficiency in standard office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to systematically analyze data, identify trends, and synthesize information accurately.
Attention to Detail: High precision in documentation, tracking dates/deadlines, and reviewing regulatory requirements.
Accountability: Takes personal ownership of tasks, meets deadlines reliably, and handles sensitive data with integrity.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with Risk Champions and draft clear reports.
Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments while managing multiple administrative priorities effectively.
