Cumulative service period of six (6) years' relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Registered Clinical Officer II or in a comparable position.
Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Surgery, Clinical Medicine, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; OR Higher Diploma in any of the following: Anesthesia, Ear Nose and Throat/Audiology, Child Health & Pediatrics, Lung & Skin, Orthopedics & Trauma, Reproductive Health, Epidemiology, Ophthalmology & Cataract Surgery, Dermatology & Venereology, Medical Education, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Been registered by the Clinical Officers Council.
Valid practising licence from the Clinical Officers Council.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance.
