Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of six years' relevant professional experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting processes, financial systems, and month-end closing procedures.
Sound understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable accounting principles.
Demonstrated ability to manage general accounting activities and drive process improvements across General Ledger maintenance and closing, Fixed Assets, Inventory, intercompany accounting, and account analysis and reconciliations.
Good understanding of internal controls and their application in financial operations.
Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets and Inventory accounting and transactions.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
