Experience in production quality, manufacturing quality assurance, or industrial quality management.
Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Agile methodologies, or continuous improvement tools will be an added advantage.
Experience in medical technology, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries is desirable.
Strong knowledge of production quality management principles.
Understanding of FMEA, 8D problem-solving, PDCA, Poka-Yoke, and Value Stream Mapping.
Knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality evaluation methodologies.
Continuous improvement and process optimization skills.
Lean Manufacturing and Agile project management knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
