Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or an equivalent qualification: Property Management and Valuation, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or Building.
Membership in a relevant professional body and in good standing.
Demonstrated merit and ability through work performance.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Must fulfil Chapter Six requirements of the Constitution of Kenya.
