Master's degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, International Relations, Humanitarian Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in humanitarian, development, or NGO programming, including at least 5 years in a senior program management role.
Proven experience in managing multi-sectoral programs and projects, preferably in areas such as WASH, education, health, food security, livelihoods, emergency response, and community development.
Strong knowledge of project cycle management, including needs assessment, proposal development, planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, reporting, and project closure.
Demonstrated experience in donor relations, partnership management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with donor and government requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise technical teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to prepare high-quality narrative, technical, and financial reports for donors, government authorities, and senior management.
Sound understanding of procurement, risk management, quality assurance, safeguarding, and accountability standards in humanitarian and development programming.
Excellent communication, negotiation, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a complex operating environment.
High level of integrity, cultural sensitivity, flexibility, patience, and commitment to humanitarian principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
