Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in production management within premium or luxury fashion, garments, bags, leather goods, or a similar manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing workshop teams, production budgets, and premium supplier networks.
Strong understanding of luxury garment construction, premium fabrics, high-end finishing, and pattern manipulation.
Working knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws and OSHA 2007 requirements.
Proficiency in production planning tools, Microsoft Excel, and fashion-focused ERP systems.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.
