At least three years of experience as a Procurement Officer, CSG 11, or in an equivalent position in the public service or private sector, preferably within a comparable institution or the wider public service.
Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Senior Management Course lasting at least three weeks from a recognised institution.
Active membership of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management and good professional standing.
Certificate in computer applications.
Demonstrated merit, integrity and ability, as reflected in work performance and results.
