Cumulative service period of nine (9) years work experience, three (3) years of which should have been at the grade of Senior Information Communication Technology Officer or in a comparable position.
Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Information Communication Technology, Business Information Technology, Information Technology, or a relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Relevant ICT certification such as CCNP, MCSE, CISA, CISSP, PRINCE2, or a relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Membership of a relevant professional body and in good standing, where applicable.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
