Substantial cumulative work experience in institutional housekeeping or hospitality management, with a significant portion at a senior supervisory or management level.
Degree or higher diploma in Housekeeping, Hotel and Institutional Management, or a related hospitality field from a recognised institution.
Proven ability to provide leadership in housekeeping operations, staff management and service quality across multiple facilities.
In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, hygiene regulations and institutional facility maintenance.
Strong organisational, planning and people-management skills.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
