Preconstruction and Project Coordinator

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience with demonstrated ownership of bid packages, scope development, coordination, budgeting, and active project controls.
• Prior direct work with US-based general contractors, developers, or owners.
• Exposure to a mix of ground-up construction, commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and building-envelope work.
• Interest in improving templates, workflows, and procurement systems rather than only executing them.
