Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics or a related field from a recognised institution.
Diploma holders with substantial English-language training experience and knowledge may also be considered.
Experience teaching English to adults, international students or multilingual learners.
Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, academic writing and communication.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet recurring deadlines.
Excellent research and critical-thinking skills.
Good time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Added Advantage
Experience preparing learners for recognised international English examinations such as: IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Cambridge English, or other recognised English-language examinations.
Eligibility to Work
Kenyan citizenship, OR permanent residence status in Kenya, OR valid work permit authorising employment in Kenya.
