Education: Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine & Surgery, with a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Specialization in Ophthalmology / Cataract Surgery.
Licensing: Active registration and valid practicing license from the Clinical Officers Council / Medical Board.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of practical clinical experience in an eye clinic, ophthalmic unit, or hospital setting.
Skills: Excellent diagnostic accuracy, manual dexterity for minor procedures, empathy, and strong patient communication skills.
