Detail-oriented communication skills to uncover merchant needs through structured questioning and articulate relevant digital solutions.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and restaurant POS systems (especially Toast) — preferred.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website customization — preferred.
Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding is highly valued.
Must supply a secure computer and high-speed internet as a contractor.
