Bachelor's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Project Management, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation of donor funded development or conservation projects.
Experience developing logical frameworks, results frameworks and performance indicators.
Experience working with large datasets and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Experience supporting donor reporting and project evaluations.
Experience using digital data collection platforms.
Experience in environmental conservation, climate change, natural resource management, pastoral livelihoods or carbon projects is highly desirable.
A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Professional training in monitoring and evaluation is an added advantage.
