Certificate, Diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Motor Vehicle Technology or a related field is preferred.
Hands-on experience in a garage, workshop, automotive environment or lubricant business will be an advantage.
Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, promotions or customer acquisition is desirable.
Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to confidently engage mechanics, workshop owners and other automotive-sector customers.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting field targets.
Willing and able to travel extensively, including assignments that may require being away from home for extended periods.
