Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (relevant professional charter preferred).
4+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, financial analysis, portfolio management, or credit risk management.
Experience managing, leading, or mentoring analytics professionals and junior team members.
Demonstrated track record of leading technology integration or systems change management projects in a financial or investment context.
Technical Skills
Data Analysis & Modeling: Expert proficiency in analytics coding language and tools. Python plus SQL will be an added advantage in addition to tools knowledge on MS Excel, financial modeling, credit risk modeling, and portfolio stress testing.
Data Visualization: Advanced mastery of enterprise BI and dashboarding platforms such as Power BI, Holistics, or Tableau.
Systems Architecture & Data Integration: Deep understanding of data pipelines, core banking/investment platform integrations, and financial data flows and workings of APIs.
Project Management: Proficiency in project tracking methodologies, quality assurance, and workflow documentation tools.
