Master's degree (or equivalent) in Public Health Nutrition, Health Economics, Economics, Development Economics, or a closely related field.
8+ years' professional experience in nutrition, health, or a related development field, with a substantial portion in consulting or advisory work.
A track record of leading research or analytical workstreams — financing analysis, policy research, programme evaluation, or evidence synthesis — to high professional standards in a consulting context.
Demonstrated experience leading a consulting team or project portfolio, including responsibility for delivery, quality, and team performance.
Strong understanding of the economics of consulting, including project management, budgeting, and revenue targets.
Solid working knowledge of nutrition and/or health financing, including the policy and programmatic landscape in low- and middle-income countries.
Proven ability to build and maintain senior relationships with governments, multilateral agencies, bilateral donors, UN agencies, and foundations.
A track record of contributing to or leading business development, including proposal writing and client cultivation.
Experience managing or developing junior professional staff.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the global nutrition architecture (SUN, N4G, Power of Nutrition, GFF, UNICEF, WFP).
Excellent written and verbal English; French is an advantage.
Preferred Locations: South Africa, Kenya, India. Or from home location if based in countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
