A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Healthcare Supply Chain or a related field. A Master's degree in a health-related field is preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in global health or development, including at least 5 years of experience in health supply chain management.
Demonstrated experience across a range of health supply chain programmes.
Strong technical experience in forecasting and supply planning.
Strong technical experience in health supply chain assessments.
Strong technical experience in Logistics Management Information Systems (LMIS).
Strong technical experience in inventory management.
Strong technical experience in storage and distribution solutions.
Strong technical experience in health supply chain strengthening.
Experience working with Ministries of Health, NGOs, donors and other development partners.
Relevant professional certification in supply chain management, project management or a related field, such as APICS CSCP or PMP, is preferred; membership in a relevant professional body is required where applicable.
Experience in social marketing, healthcare social enterprise, start-up or NGO health programmes is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in project management, business development and/or client relationship management.
Excellent oral and written communication, influencing, networking and relationship-building skills.
Passion for improving supply chains and health systems, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Self-driven, creative, and flexible, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
Outcome-oriented, with a proven track record in effective management and driving business development.
Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing time and results, and to provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
Experience negotiating and advocating with private- and public-sector clients for the uptake of new approaches and strategies.
Awareness of private-sector trends and the ability to leverage this knowledge to support organisational success.
