Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management (Finance or Accounting option), Commerce (Finance or Accounting option), or other equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Management (Finance or Accounting option), Commerce (Finance or Accounting option), or other equivalent qualification from a recognised institution will be an added advantage.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA K) or equivalent from a recognised institution.
Registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and in good standing.
Ten (10) years cumulative relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been as a Principal Officer or in a comparable position.
Certificate of Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Certificate in computer applications.
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
