What you bring
A cumulative minimum of 15 years' work experience, at least 3 years of which should have been at Assistant Manager, Construction Information Management Systems level or in a comparable position and organisation.
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution: Information Communication and Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Mathematics and Computing, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Security and Forensics, Applied Computing, or Management Information Systems.
Master's Degree in one of the following or an equivalent qualification: Information Communication and Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, Business Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology Management.
At least one IT management certification, such as: CompTIA Project+, ITIL, CAPM, CGEIT, CSM, or equivalent.
At least two relevant professional ICT certifications, which may include: CCNP, CDCP, CCNA Cloud, CCNA Industrial/IoT, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, Security+, N+, A+, OCA, CISSP, Linux+, Network+, MCITP, CISA, CDPSE, CISM, CGEIT, or equivalent.
At least one information-security certification, such as: CISA, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, GSEC, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
Membership and registration with a relevant professional body.
Certificate in a leadership course lasting at least 4 weeks from a recognised institution.
Demonstrated managerial, administrative and professional competence.
Thorough understanding of national goals, policies and objectives and the ability to relate them to the Construction Information Management Systems function.
