A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Radiology, or another allied health discipline, or a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with relevant experience in allied health services.
A master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of eight (8) years' experience in healthcare management, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
