Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
2–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transport operations, fleet coordination, or inventory movement.
Experience handling logistics documentation and transport records.
Prior exposure to transport vendors, drivers, riders, or vehicle movement coordination will be an added advantage.
Experience supporting inventory movement, delivery operations, or branch transfers will be beneficial.
Basic Excel and reporting skills.
Strong attention to accuracy in documentation.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good problem-solving ability.
High level of accountability and organization.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving operational environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
