Minimum 7 years' post-admission experience in banking and finance law, preferably within a Corporate & Investment Banking environment or a leading commercial law firm.
Experience in financing transactions, restructurings, recoveries, and banking litigation.
Exposure to cross-border transactions and securities structures is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of banking and finance law.
Expertise in structured finance, lending transactions, and security structures.
Experience in insolvency, restructuring, recoveries, and enforcement.
Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
Sound understanding of credit risk and banking products.
Commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
Good grounding on Loans Markets Association (LMA) standard documentation.
