Bachelor's degree in Optometry; OR KMTC Higher Diploma in Optometry (Contact Lenses) or KMTC Higher Diploma in Optometry (Low Vision) and practiced in their relevant field for a minimum period of six (6) years
Been registered with the relevant professional body where applicable
Valid practicing licence
