PhD or equivalent Doctoral Degree in Pediatric Nursing, Critical Care Nursing or Medical Surgical Nursing; OR Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited and recognized university.
Master's Degree in Pediatric Nursing, Critical Care Nursing or Medical Surgical Nursing.
Progress towards completion of a PhD will be an added advantage.
Evidence of university teaching, research or industry experience.
Evidence of publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
Valid practising licence.
Proficiency in computer applications.
