Minimum 12 years of hands-on professional experience.
At least 10 years of Information Technology experience, including systems implementation, architecture, security, operations management, and strategic planning.

Hospital Information Management Systems (HMIS) implementation.
Test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
API testing and SQL-based data validation.
CI/CD platforms including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Software quality assurance and release management.
Database administration, enterprise systems integration, and data security.
Large-scale enterprise systems implementation, preferably within healthcare, fintech, or other high-volume environments.
